Very friendly. I had a bit of a problem getting in and the owner was so apologetic & helpful that more than made up for it. He didn't charge me for that night & even offered a free dinner and a whale tour. Exceptional customer service for a minor in convenience. I would strongly recommend this guesthouse.
Very nice place. Nice building and deco. Excellent location. Clean and comfy. If you follow the rules and get the information from the owner (whcih is very clear), you won't have any trouble to get in. It was very easy even without anyone. You feel like at home. You can use the kitchen.alle bewertungen »
Lovely, friendly welcome in spite of "door code" reception. Impossible to be more central. Reykjavic is compact and this resides in the middle of the compactness. Cheek by jowl with key points of interest.
Great location, within walking distance of downtown and the harbor, but on a quiet street, even during pub crawl nights. Easy access to buses to airport and excursions.
comfortable guesthouse with nice atmosphere among guests. Great central location.
L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville à pied. Tranquilité des lieux.
Beautiful building/rooms, great host, simple, elegant.
Great location in the centre of Reykjavik and good value in an expensive city. The rooms we had on both our stays were a good size and even though bathrooms were shared this wasn't an issue. It was handy to have access to a kitchen, too.
The guesthouse is very well located – minutes away from coast, lake, restaurants… Small, but clean room (one bed room). There is a kitchen where you can make a cup of tea.
Good location and price.
No breakfast with this option. Tiny bathroom and shower. There's no bathroom separated (so if everybody is in the shower, you don't have any option than wait).
No private bathroom, but close by and well-maintained. There's a kitchen that guests can use, but breakfast is not provided.
parking awkward but not too bad considering city centre location. Can park adjacent in evenings but limited meter parking daytime, or 5min walk to pay carpark.
Rien, but just a suggestion would be to have a mirror in the room.
a stove would be nice!.
Our second stay was the night before an early departure and our room was adjacent to the kitchen. It was impossible to get a decent night's sleep owing to other guests preparing food/washing up/emptying bins in the middle of the next.
Some noise from nearby road and occasionally from bar nextdoor on Friday-night. Bathroom small and only two all guests.
No complaints.
