  The hotel is perfectly located near everything you should need including city center, saunas, shopping and much more. The room I get was quite big, good heated, also very clean and on two levels! The kitchen was also provided and it is fully equipped with so much dishes that you will feel as at home.   One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Beautiful, safe and central location but what really made it was the fantastic, friendly and informative staff. I was given excellent and informed advice on anything I asked from literature recommendations to caving to the opera. Thank you very much. - The staff were all extremely friendly and were happy to answer any questions we had onthings to do or how to get places. They even had a shot night in the hostel where we could try some homemade palinka! The location was very good, being a few blocks away from most of the main tourist areas and very close to the river.

  Very nice hostel, quiet and has no-shoes policy, so you got to put slippers on to be able to walk inside the hostel (which is fine with me as I don't wear shoes at home either). Rooms are very warm, and since I'm used to lower temperatures I had to open windows a few times to get some cool air in... I saw the housemaid did very good job. Even a hair she saw on the ground, she picked it up! -We stayed friends hostel for 5 days, they helped us to wash clothes for free.   I know my friend who stayed in this hostel couple of times. She was very satisfied with the price, the kindness and the location, so we tried this one too. It is a very simple hostel, but we had all we needed. We were in the city all day and then it was so great to go to the hostel any time, they have 24/7 reception and you can have questions at 3... was die leute sagen » AM. At this price an own separate bathroom is just a wonderful deal on the Gellert-hill. It was peaceful for an old couple like us too. - It was a fun place to stay. We were having fun in the city all day and night long and we just went to the hostel to crash to the bed. We started partying there with couple of drink at the reception and then the reception girl recommended some places to go. OMG, those were awesome places. Glad we had the staff like that. We did not bother anybody since we had our own bathroom. My friend also was able to smoke on the balcony. We want to go back.

  Staff was very nice and very helpful. They sent us an email right after our booking, to explain to us how to get to the hostel. They welcomed us with a lot of useful information about budapest. The private flat we had was very well equiped, clean, and spacious. The location is also excellent!   I recently had a unexpectedly extended stay at Bazar Hostel and have many reasons to recommend this hostel. On my first day I managed to break my big toe and travelling by myself I was a bit stuck and very almost miserable. Free coffee and tea at the kitchen, even special shelve with a free food and drinks. 2 computers with internet for free usage, loads of books and guides to different countries, that you can take and read in the common space.

The hostel is very well situated for sports, museums, Zoo and because it is very close from Petoffi Hall where often take place rock concerts.   For this money is very good. We must understand(for some previus commentators), this is just cheap slip option and not Ritz or hilton(for those you must pay a lot of money).
