Very friendly staff.
Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.
Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room.
Rooms were lovely and spacious.
Staff happy to assist in booking taxis/tickets to the Szechenyi baths & other attractions.

Really nice room and relatively spacious - about 30 sq m. Breakfast in the hotel is very tasty. All products are very fresh. They make very good coffe, orange fresh and various eggs and creps made for you. Lunch&dinner dishes are excellent. Especially fish of the day and goat cheese salad. Bathroom is very nice and comfortable. Bed is really big and nice. Good location in the center.I liked the attitude. Very willing and attentive stuff.

Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. We booked the panzio in order to attend the Hungarian Grand Prix and it was ideally located for that purpose. The room was small but had all that you needed including air con which was needed in temperatures of 35 plus. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast plentiful. The gardens were lovely to sit in during the evening and there were a couple of lovely restaurants a short walk away by the Danube. 1 guy ran the show and although he wasn't always at his desk, he was
always contactable by phone. Very helpful guy and very easy-going (also
the general impression I got of the Hungarian people). He helped to pay
my parking because I hadn't any Forients with me when I first
arrived. Very forthcoming with his assistance, he helped us book the
Duna Bella boat ride. Location's good, under 10-minute walk from the
Stephen's Square even with 2 young ones. Atm ~100m down the street,
very convenient. R
