The apartment was equipped very nicely, with a good kitchen, flat TV, hot tub, balcony, and air-conditioner. It is located in a good spot and they have a parking service (for a fee). Although if you're going to stay there over the weekend, you should try to park outside the hotel and ask from when to when it is free to park just outside.

Great apartments, for a short or long stay in Budapest! Just off the beaten path, so quiet and peaceful, however very close to the Chain Bridge, City Center and all the great locations in Budapest! We could walk everywhere from the Hotel! Our room (the Studio) was generously appointed with large flat screen TV, wireless internet, air-conditioning (which was very nice with +30°c temperatures outside!) Full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave! And after a full day of seeing the sites the beds -

2. The staff is excellent and look very professional with uniform creating an awesome first impression and they can speak excellent English. Staff is very helpful in guiding one to the city and providing good tips. Everyone has a great cheerful attitude.

Firstly, this was our second stay, which says a lot for this hotel. The Star Inn Hotel is very comfortable, clean, well-run, and international. The staff are highly efficient and multilingual; any requirements or requests are met with immediately and with a smile. The location is central and the area around the hotel is tranquil. The whole hotel was impeccably clean and tidy, the room was spacious enough, particularly the en suite bathroom (was huge).

Nice staff, the recepcionist was reading Arany János, which qualifies for A+++++ rating in itself. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped also. The building has its own underground parking lot, which is definitely an advantage in this part of town. The main highlight of BPHome is the superb location: the House of Parliament, the Danube, the Basilica and the Andrássy Boulevard are in 5-10 minutes walking distance.
