Residence is palced very near to the city centre and the service is on top quality. I was there with a group of 12 guys on a stag so we took one penthouse and one 1 bed apar - 1 guy ran the show and although he wasn't always at his desk, he was always contactable by phone. Very helpful guy and very easy-going (also the general impression I got of the Hungarian people). He helped to pay my parking because I hadn't any Forients with me when I first arrived. Very forthcoming with his assistance, he helped us book the Duna Bella boat ride. Location's good, under 10-minute walk from the Stephen's Square even with 2 young ones. I had problems with my card when i made the reservation and they were nice and didn't make a big problem about this. The apartments were in the center, so close to everything and very very spacious and comfortable. They have everything you might need including an ironing machine and a hairblower and all sorts of stuff in the kitchen. We were very surprised we could get such a nice place, with such a good location with what we thought was a low price.

The staff was helpful and nice. There is a small fenced yard available to let dogs of their leash and run around for a bit. There is secured parking, which takes the stress away from anything happening to your car. This was a good place to stay and we would stay again.
