  Staff was very nice and very helpful. They sent us an email right after our booking, to explain to us how to get to the hostel. They welcomed us with a lot of useful information about budapest. The private flat we had was very well equiped, clean, and spacious. The location is also excellent!   One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Beautiful, safe and central location but what really made it was the fantastic, friendly and informative staff. I was given excellent and informed advice on anything I asked from literature recommendations to caving to the opera. Thank you very much. - The staff were all extremely friendly and were happy to answer any questions we had onthings to do or how to get places. They even had a shot night in the hostel where we could try some homemade palinka! The location was very good, being a few blocks away from most of the main tourist areas and very close to the river.
