We stayed there this weekend. Everything was really great, very flexibile and nice owner, relatively close to the center and very very good connected by public transportation...
Apartament we stayed is well equiped by everything you could ever need: iron, microwave, hairdryer, Air conditioning, very good heating system, washing machine, electric kettle etc etc...
It was clean and very well arranged with mix of modern and old style (I loved even pictures on walls).

The apartment is located in an old tenement house but it is renovated.
Kitchen is fully equiped. The tram stop is about 50 meters from
apartment and can take u to the city center. Perfect for friends
travelling together.
Quiet, very well equiped and clean apartment with good localization- a
lot of historical points and great shopping market by walking distance;
