  This is definitely the best experience we had staying in a hotel, and we have been to many places. Why? Well, the friendliness of the staff is very sincerely, the hospitality is endearing and the food is of good and honest quality, especially the barbecue and specials of the day! Furthermore, the location of the hotel is perfect: beautiful sights... was die leute sagen » over the island, mountains and the sea, and only 5-10 minute walk to the centre and beach of Tsilivi. Considering the price and quality you get it is - Zante View is a family business and you can see that right away. The owners were kind and helpful and thats an important part of feeling welcomed anywhere. Rooms were clean and nice, big enough and with a really nice view, cleaned every day and towels changed every 3 days. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, we only bought a corkscrew. Ac in the room and free ! (most hotels charge a lot for ac per day basis). Food at their restaurant was delicious and well priced. We arrived around 23:

  Quite location - about a 5 mins walk to beach/town of Tsilivi. The town is a bit busy/noisy and it was nice to be up the hill. Pool was great, as was the view. A/C was really good. Wifi OK outside of room (didn't work in either of our rooms). Pleanty of nice resteraunts within 5-10 min walk (can recommend Gyroland). - The manager was always helpf... was die leute sagen » ul. Cleaning team was perfect. I asked to clean before 2 p.m and they always were punctual. The location is good as it's 15 min walk from the centre of Tsilivi so it's not noisy. There are not a lot of hotels nearby, so beach isn't crowded

  Despite being a beautiful island on itself, this hotel definitely improve our experience in Zakynthos. First of all, the owner is a very knowledgeable and friendly local, he knows everything about the island and often comes up with good suggestions about where to go and how to go. Secondly, the hotel is very new, only the 3rd year into operation, everything is very new and well maintained. The apartment was tastef - Had everything. We felt comfortable as if we were in our own home. Attention to detail was given, even in things such as, upon arrival accommodating guests with the necessities ie. water, toast bread and spreads for breakfast the next day, so you didn't have to rush to a supermarket. The complimentary coffee card offering the guests 10 free coffees of their choice was also another positive. Finally the owner was very helpful in all aspects - from arrival helping with luggage, to daily advice of

  The apartments are in a good location, 10 - 15 minutes from the beach and restaurants and bars. Originally we were staying in Block A in 2 studios next door to each other - spacious but basic apartments, Children didn't have a kitchen, so we went to see Olga (from Tsilivi Travel, on opposite side of road,)and she said we could move into Block B ... was die leute sagen » apartments when available.   The owners of Razis are amazing. They were so passionate about their place, very, very helpfull and enthousiastic. We only stayed for 3 nights, but we missed them the rest of our holiday! Ideal having 2 proper bedrooms rather than the normal set up in some holiday apartments of sofa beds in the living area which is not great with either teenage children or younger children. The owners and staff were wonderful. My girls loved John as he made the best chocolate milkshakes! The accommodation was spotless. Would definitely return.
