  Nice place, clean, frendly staff. - The hotel is in good condition, tidy and clean. The swimming pool area is fine. There was always enough food served in te buffet even if we arrived later to the breakfast or to the dinner. The waiters and waitresses are very helpful and kind.

  The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun. They gave us great advice on which beaches to explore and helped us booking... was die leute sagen » ferry and bus tickets. The service was better than I have seen anywhere around the world. - I travel through luxury hotels an this one was in top, I care about location and this hotel was quiet and comfortable on the side of a touristic area. Staff is very very friendly and helpfull. Swimming pools are preatty nice and deep enaugh to enjoy. Food is excelent specially dinners with a hand made deserts! Bravo!
