  Very lovely and clean hotel and wonderful staff! We stayed there for 6 nights (June 2013) on our honeymoon in a beautuful double studio with an amazing seaview from a comfortable balcony.   My husband and I were totally impressed with the Agamemnon Hotel. It must be one of the BEST hotels in Nafplio for sure. The hotel is situated on the waterfront promenade, so no traffic noise at all! There are many friendly and cosy bars on the seafront. In the evening the old center is great, many restaurants and shops and many turists. We could enjoy the Greek hospitality everywhere.   The hotel was a little walk to the town centre which may not be to everyone's liking, however, we found it fine. Staff were very nice and there was a wedding in progress when we were there. There was an outside swimming pool which was none to clean but then again we were there out of season and many places were closing down. The pool is great for kids (and adults) but has no really shallow section for toddlers. Breakfast was ok. Rooms (we stayed in quadruple and triples) are big and airy and easily accomodate extra beds.
