  The hotel is lovely from the outside, and has a great feel as you walk in. It's open clean and pleasant. The staff are very organized and friendly. Check in was easy and efficient. When I got to the floor of my room I could smell cleaning products and bleach, hosekeepers were cleaning and mopping everything in hallway and rooms. Breakfast was standard (and i have no problem with that) and taxi booked for me to get to the airport in time on check out, even thoug - Location is fantastic! Beach, shops and restaurants right around the corner! The staff was super! The lady in the reception was always helpful and did everything with a big smile on her face! The lobby bar was super, as well as the bartender! Rooms are big and clean, free air condition.Very good breakfast! We stayed there in October, so it was quiet, but I would think that in June-August it will be quite noisy, because the "Bar Street" is just around the corner.

  From the moment I arrived all staff were so nice and friendly. The apt was spotless and cleaned everyday. Apt kitchen had everything one would need. Accommodation is very close to supermarkets and bike rental is across the road. Great cycling paths either direction from apt block. The rooms are spotless and so is the pool area, it is so relaxing. We had a meal in the restaurant one night and could highly recommend it, the food and service were excellent.

  Apartments was clean and nice, with comfortable beds and everything we needed. Bathrooms are old, but they are clean so we did not mind. Apartments was cleaned daily and towels were changed two times during one week. Pool, gardens and bar area are immaculate and very charming. The bar/pool area has toilets and showers available, so even after checking out on our last day we could enjoy the - our stay in kos was very good, diamond apartments was one good reason for that. the hotel is located in a peacfull quiet place, 15 minutes walk from the beach, close to bike/scooter rent, local food stores. beautifull pull and relaxing breeze while sitting on the balcony made our pleasent stay. the roud to the beach is full of restorants and small shops.the stuff was very profetional and friendly. everybody knows english very well, at the hotel and all over the island. i would highly recomend

Thank you Alia - Peaceful and relaxing place, 2 min. walk from the beach. Away from the crowded resorts, but within easy driving distance to anywhere on the Island. Friendly atmosphere and most hospitable staff Comfortable room with sufficient kitchen amenities and cosy private balcony. The poolside bar and restaurant was very good, including Saturday night live music show and "eat as you can" BBQ on Sunday night for EUR7.50!

  sehr freundlicher, zweisprachiger ( engl./ franz. ) Service, alle Arrangements wurden trotz Hochsaison wunderbar umgesetzt ( Scooter mieten, Transfer vom Hafen zum Appartement und zurück ..), Toplage., keine lärmenden Nachbarn, unschlagbares Preis / leistungsverhältnis - very helpful owner; superb scenery; quiet place but only a few minutes away ... was die leute sagen » from the restaurants, cafes and shops; the official ferry did not go due to bad weather conditions but the owner helped us to find the "pirate" boat to go from Mastichari to Kalymnos; a drinking water dispenser is in front of the house (2013: 5 cents for 1.5 liters); - Nice room, beautiful terrace with sunset and Telendos view. Owner called us before arriving helping in arranging a scooter in Pothia and offered as a cake as we arrived. She gave us a lot of usefull information for visiting the island!!   The hotel is budget friendly. Although not too much luxury is to be expected from the rooms and breakfast, the rooms are clean, and the hotel has all the necessary installations. The friendly and helpful hotel staff bend over backwards in order to accomodate their guests. They also run a great bar where you can have a good drink and a good time. The hotel has great facilities and people are very friendly. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Many of the guests have been returning for years which is a testament to the hospitality and atmosphere that staff provide. I thoroughly recommend this affordable Greek hotel and will certainly return to stay here again when in Kos!
