  The hotel was in an amazing location set in a cove, the exterior of the hotel blended into the natural cove scene which was great.   It was the second time that I stayed in this wonderful hotel, and, again, I felt very happy there. This time a shared a bungalow-style 'house' (two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, terrace and good-sized private pool) right by the sea and it was wonderful to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. He greets every arriving guest personally and shows them to their room. I met som - All the staff are very professional, efficient and anticipate your every need. The restaurants have a perfect choice of excellent food and first class service. Christopher, the maitre d'hotel, runs the restaurants with an eye for every detail – all the time. The hotel is close enough to Agios Nikolaos to get there for an evening out, in five minutes, yet far enough away to be far from the madding crowd.

The hotel was busy but all the sunbathing areas were really spread out so you never felt like the hotel was overcrowded or you were sitting on top of anyone.

  I liked everything. A small well run hotel. Lovely room with comfortable bed, slept better than I do at home, the situation is so quiet.   Everything was just wonderful, Imperial is really a bit better than Royal. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms and public areas are clean and nice-looking. Good mini zoo, especially the donkeys.   I have visited Chania many times, either for vacation or business travel, but it was the first time that I stayed in Theo. It's location is excellent with a wonderfull view and the hotel is modern, clean, and fresh. The room was spacious enough for me and my wife, clean, with a nice seaview. Very much value for money and we will certainly use the hotel again in the near future. Last but - We stayed at Theo hotel for a week, the room was clean, not too big, but anyway we didn't spend too much time in there. Breakfast was good, a lot of things to choose from, however almost every day the same. The staff were really friendly, we had dinner twice in the hotel's restaurant, and looked that everyone after their meal received a special Greek spirit, which was a really nice gesture. The Hotel is on a hill, so the view from the restaurant is very nice.
