  We loved our stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff, great service, personal approach. We felt at home there. The room had a retro style to it which reminded me my childhood home. I loved it. It also had a balcony overlooking a lovely street. The was a computer in the lounge which we were welcome to use. Also, there was free wireless and the sig... was die leute sagen » nal was strong. Actually, there is free wireless almost everywhere you go in Athens. Our room was cleaned daily and towels changed. Every day we would - The staff at Acropolis were fantastic...very helpful and friendly. The location in the Plaka was convenient. We were able to walk most places and did not have to use the metro much at all. From our room the wifi was weak, but we could use a neighboring hotel's wifi and it was a good signal. We didn't eat the breakfast so I'm not sure how it was. The fridge in the room was not already turned on, so we had to turn it on. It was helpful to have an aditional mirror outside the bathroom for getting

  At less than 50 euros a night the hotel is basic but clean and adequate for my needs. It is not as contemporary as some in the same price range (Ibis, Campanile type), but has more facilities like a fridge in the room. I also got a big balcony. - Easy to find, good room space, friendly staff.
