She'll help you arrange quality outings, and recommend good restaurants. There are just a handful of suites, so it doesn't feel crowded. This place is a labor of love, built by the owner, and he is wonder - The view was sensational and although you are not in the very centre of Oia, you avoid the millions of stairs and tourists. The heart of Oia is no more than a beautiful 10 minute walk along the cliff with sensational sea views. The suites are as amazing as they look online, the air conditioning works well, and and the daily breakfast is delicious. We hired a quad bike for a couple of days and the location of Oia Suites means you can ride your bike right up to the hotel. For an amusing night out

  We stayed at Ambelia for our first leg of our stay (3 nights) in Santorini before meeting friends in Fira. It was hard to know what to expect when we booked this online as this is our first time in Greece. I wish we could have spent our whole stay in Santorini at Ambelia but the place was not available when our friends arrived. This place is beautiful and - Staffs were a lovely couple with a kid and they greeted us warmly with nice juice and home-made cookies which were absolutely very Greek and authentic! Same with the breakfast they prepared, home-made jam, cookies and cake really made our stay a very different experience!   I travel 30 weeks out of the year and stay in everything from 5 star hotels, to hostels. with that said, I couldn't imagine a better experience than at MaryLouJohn Villas. Better customer service than at 5 star hotels. It doesnt get more personal than here. Believe me, I researched this extensively before I came. Across th - The place is very comfortable and designed with a good taste. The delicious breakfast was served by the pleasant host of the hotel on the terrace with amazing view to caldera. The hotel is located at the beginning of the main pedestrian street and it`s within 10 minutes walk from the sunset viewpoint. There is a tavern near the hotel with reasonable prices and nice food. The presence of the cute Bella (the host`s dog) added the lovely charm to the cosy atmosphere of the hotel.
