They are very service-minded and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. They accepted and paid for a package which I had sent by courier from another hotel in advance of my stay and also sent fruit and champagne up to our room as an apology gesture when there was a mix-up with the room I had requested. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The soaps in the room amazing. They even give you a bottle of wine upon arrival and daily sweets in your room.
