  This is a hotel for the no-nonsense traveler that wants to spend his time visiting the wonders of Athens. Location is one of the best in Athens for visiting everything Staff is very nice and helpful, 24h/day. It's easy to get to the hotel from the airport - you just need to get X95 bus and get the latest station, whole jorney will take about 45 minutes and 5 euro.   The hotel is situated in an old part of Athens called the Plaka. It is right by the Accropolis and Hadrians Gate. Very central within walking distance to the center of town. 5 minutes from the Metro. There are shops and restaurants close by and an excellent old town square.   very close to omonia metro station. very helpful staff and the price was super cheap for a room(22 euros/night). i stayed in Rome and Paris the same week as backpacker with 5 more people for the same price. not only that, i was given a room with balcony with the view of Athens.   The staff is very helpful at all times and would recommend the best places in the city and how to reach, what to eat, etc. The price is really cheap and the hotel looks like a hostel for backpackers full of young people, so is highly recommended if you spend one or two nights and you don't want to spend a lot. It was a very quiet hostel, so a good base to relax at.
