  Teh pool and the rooms are beutiful. The view of Caldera is amazing, the best view on the whole island, better then in Fira (Imerviglion is at highest point on this side of the island).   This was our second time at the Windmills.The pool was pristine and a great asset on the hot days we had.. The accommodation in the windmill is unique and very tastefully done. There is everything you could need with many thoughtful touches such as candles for outside use. We were made very welcome with a meal on our arrival which we appreciated after travelling. The owners made us feel totally at - It was fantastic!! Exceeded all our expectations. Our hostess met us on arrival and showed us our beautiful "home". She provided a surprise Santorini lunch that was wonderful. When we go back, we stay there.It is a perfect location between Ia and Fira. Since it is not on the Caldara side, it is much quieter and less tourists. You can be in Ia in 15 minutes so it is no biggy. Close to a small beach that you can walk to. Wonderful, relaxing and fun- you stay in a windmill.

  The location is breathtaking. It is much better to stay outside Fira, in the quieter surrounds of Imerovigli. The staff at the resort were perfectly attentive and polite. Any request was met efficiently. On arrival, we were treated to a special sweet wine as well as a bottle of local wine and a platter of fruit. It is a luxury hotel, so you can expect to - Although they had power cuts on the island of Santorini the week we stayed in August this was obviously not the hotels fault and the staff could not have been more helpful and the hotel is located in one of the most beautiful positions on the island I could not rate the experience higher and I would definitely recommend the Kapari to other guests. Also the food was excellent.
