  The location is a little bit remote without a car, but this provides more privacy. I think it's a very nice location compare to the rather busier and noisier Oia or Fira.   The hotel is very very beautiful with the best location you can have in Santorini. We rented a Junior suit, with private jaccuzzi and it was just wonderful. Amazing sunset from your terrace, very nice bedroom. The owner is a ver nice person. The price may be a little too high if you do not book in advance or if you go in Summer time (depends on yo... was die leute sagen » ur budget). Our host Loukas bent over backwards to accommodate our every need. The suite was clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast is provided and contains fruit, fresh bread and something cooked, a great way to start your day. Imerovigli is a 20-30 minute walk away from the capital (Thira) and has a couple of fantastic taverna's.   This was our second time at the Windmills.The pool was pristine and a great asset on the hot days we had.. The accommodation in the windmill is unique and very tastefully done. There is everything you could need with many thoughtful touches such as candles for outside use.
