He gave us a ride from the ferry port, and sent us to theairport when we left. The beautiful houses on Firapostcardsandtour shipand donkey ride are 500 meters away. - The hotel was easy to find and very conveniently located--close to thebus station and taxi station (so I didn't have to schlep my big bagaround for too long), and close to all of the shops in the heart ofFira. Peter (the owner?) was very nice and accommodating. Althoughsmall, the pool on the roof terrace was very refreshing on a hot day.And the shower in my bathroom was huge.
