  Friendly staff and welcome - great restaurant - very interesting hotel with much history - we only stayed one night as we were on our way to Italy by motorcycle, but would definately return for a longer stay. - Very pleasant. The hotel and the room are very nice

We were very close to the Castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau but not in the Middle of the busy tourist section...yet we could see Neuschwanstein from our bedroom window!   What drew us to this hotel was its location and price. Honestly, we were a bit scared that it may be a little rough since the price was lower than any we have stayed in Europe and because there were no reviews to read about! So we took a risk, and it turned out wonderful. The owner was so friendly and the apartment was so clean! I value cleanlines... was die leute sagen » s, and this was impeccable. There was a living room, bathroom, extra room (would be great if we had kids), kitchen, and a balcony with great views. Al - Sonja, the host, is a remarkable lady, very kind, attentive and helpful. She picked us up from the train station in Fussen and dropped us of there. The real apartment looks much better than seen from the photos. We had a very good time there, highly recommended.

  Our stay was absolutely fabulous! The location was perfect, and only a short 15 minute walk to the castles. Haus Alpenrose was very accommodating to us arriving late, and even had dog treats waiting for our dog! The room was very large, and the entire house was peaceful. We never heard noise, and felt as if we were the only ones there! Just a ... was die leute sagen » short 2 minute walk down the road opens up to a breathtaking view of both castles, along with the mountains. We could not say one bad thing about our - Super nice place and well equipped and maintained. I must say that we were happy we chose this Hotel. The rooms on the above floors had a new Kitchenette and the bathroom were newly done and all kitchen equipments provided were very new and clean. Thanks very much. Free parking was also available and around 5 mts ride to the booking office for the castle tours. The owners were very kind and even offered to support with breakfast being arranged, nice people...surely go again.

  I loved staying here. I stayed with 3 other friends in the two bedroom apartment. It was cute and perfect for us. We had our own private rooms, but still one apartment to share. We didn't really use the kitchen, but it was stocked with all the items you would need for an extended stay (food excluded of course). The landlady was very friendly, ... was die leute sagen » knowledgeable, and ready to give advice. - We expected a typical hotel size room but we got a living room with kitchen and dining table, 2 bedrooms a bathroom and large LCD tv with cable. Best part is the free wifi provided. Every hotel, apartments must be equipped with wifi and Casa Patrizia has everything. We regretted that we stayed only a night. Would love to come back again and stay longer here. Füssen is a great town.
