  Staffs are very friendly and helpful, it's not really close to center but it's really convenient to take the tram. We love the loction is because it's close to our client's company and it's a side street but this street must be one of the most beautiful side street in Dusseldorf! The room is big and really cozy, you can see it has an ancient luxur... was die leute sagen » y maison style but newly renovated. Breakfast has various choices and coffee are good. We love a lot when we stayed in this hotel. Next time we will - I am a big fan of family run properties due to the personalised level of service. This was no exception, with wonderful staff who spared no resource making me feel welcome. The villa is decorated so tastefully with antiques everywhere, and the Christmas decorations were the best! I highly recommend during a visit around Christmas for an authentic German experience. Breakfast is delicious and very high quality. Secure property that also takes pride in conserving energy. Lovely!
