  Very comfortable room, free minibar (juice, soft drinks and water), free movies. The room was very well soundproofed. Breakfast was good without being elaborate and the young woman in attendance was always very welcoming and helpful. Fitness centre was very useable, better than I expected.   All staff were very helpful and polite. We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Superb choice at breakfast too. Prime location, 10 minutes walk from the Festhalle/Messe and the No.17 tram stop right outside the hotel.   Hotel is literally at the terminal station of the tram 17 which takes you to Hauptbahnhof in less than 15 minutes. I've stayed in many hotels in the suburbs of different cities, and this was one of the closest to the public transport. Huge double bed! Nice bathroom.   Firstly, the location is perfect. Situated just 10 minutes walk from the train station, means you can commute from the airport to the train station and walk with your baggage to the hotel. The streets around it are not very pleasant, though I did not feel the least bit unsafe even at night. There is a number of ethnic restaurants nearby. Inside the hotel is very nice and clean.
