B - I was placed in a room with three guys who didn't understand hostel etiquette and who came in at 2.30am talking and laughing as loudly as possible. After a couple of hours of putting up with this I went downstairs to ask the guy at reception if he could do anything about it. He very kindly transferred me to another room. I was so grateful to him, I don't know his name but he ensured the rest of my stay was a pleasant one. Thanks!!!

The location is excellent. 1-2 minute walk from Alexanderplatz station where underground, tram and city train can be found. There are many places near by that rent bikes including the hotel itself. The staff were excellent and the hotel was lovely and always immaculate!   Lovely welcoming staff. We had a standard double room with a very comfortable bed. The room was nicely spacious with an apple computer with Internet and ipod speaker doc. The shower was stocked with White Company products and and Asprey soaps. Very nice! They have a great do not disturb policy and let each guest just enjoy their time away.
