We weren't aware of the lack of an airconditioner as it wasn't necessary in the spring weather.   Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die alten Holzdielen knarren ein wenig,sehen aber sehr gut aus, darum stört es nicht.Die Zimmer sind sehr schön groß. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltik und mit viel Liebe gemacht. Der Gastgeber ist Franzose und sehr bemüht als Gastgeber.Super! - Das Frühstück war hervorragend- die Lage des Hauses se... was die leute sagen » hr gut gelegen ( RUHE ! ) aber schnelle Busverbindungen ganz in der Nähe - die Besitzer des Hauses waren sehr zuvorkommend - die Zimmerausstattung war ausgefallen ansprechend.

  The stay at Boxhagener Höfe was the best experience I have ever had, in and out Berlin. I regularly stay in hotels but this stay was just perfect. The welcome is very warm and sincere. Nothing is too difficult, service is their keyword. The check-in went very smoothly and was also personal. It was light and spacious, equipped with all facilities. - This is one of the best holiday accommodations I have ever stayed in. It was very comfortable and like staying in a 5* hotel. The area is very cool with lots of restaurants and bars plus it still has the feeling of 'Old Berlin' about it. Very handy for rail connections. The staff are truly excellent and very welcoming, it was like staying with a close friend, you can't say better than that.
