Excellent location only 5 minutes walk to the S Bahn station, with a lift from the street directly down to the platform.
Plenty of restaurants just around the corner from the hotel, Particularly liked Tucholsky, Torstrasse 189. Be aware that they do not take credit cards.

Ich war überrascht, wie gut die Atmosphäre in dem Hotel ist. Mein Zimmer war im obersten Stockwerk, nicht groß, aber schön und mit Parkett und sehr ruhig, Fenster zum Innenhof.
Das Haus hat eine große, ansprechende Hotelbar und die Philosophie ist auf Nachhaltigkeit ausgerichtet.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen und doch mitten drin wenn sie einen Musical oder Theater Besuch am Potsdamerplatz Vorhaben können wir ihnen das Hotel bestens empfehlen da es nur wenige Minuten entfernt liegt. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend in Größe und Komfort das Check Inn und Checkout geht schnell. Freundlicher Empfang

This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. Booked three rooms for the weekend . The hotel is perfectly situated,
only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms
were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very
professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and
spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds
could be a softer though. Bar closes at 00.30, unfortunately they
don't carry port or sherry... But a nice choice of whiskies aso.

While not most modern it is well maintained & managed. Everything worked as it should and staff friendly and extremely helpful. (Stefanie the best concierge we have sruck - anywhere). Two minutes walk to public transport and tickets available at hotel. Complimentary croissants and coffee from 5.30 to 6.30 great for early departure.
