  We found the ladies on reception duties to be extra helpful. As the hotel would be full the following night, when we wished to extend our stay, one booked a room in a nearby hotel for us. Very comfortable room and bed,and all you need in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was superb,with excellent service to match.

  Lovely, very quiet hotel with the nicest European hotel rooms we've seen yet! No children were there when we were which made it even more quiet and romantic. The location is perfect for walking Bamberg. The underground parking was very nice since there's little street parking. The staff, breakfast, quick service requests, sauna, and value all exce... was die leute sagen » eded my expections! What a treasure of a place in the middle of Bamberg! - Loved the location. It was very easy to walk to the sights and the Christmas Market. A plus that we could park in the garage underneath the hotel! The room we were in had a separate living room with king size bed and bathroom up a winding stair. Very romantic and a huge space. Skylight windows that open were a nice touch We ate dinner at the Restaurant and it was very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel
