Nice hotel with friendly staff and a good restaurant. Good busconnections to the city center and good location with regards to the industrial park.
It´s way away from the city so unless you have bussines inthe industrial park do not stay here.
Fluvia is truly a hidden gem, fantastic value for money, easy access to Toulouse via (cheap!) public transport. Great restaurant. Not for those frightened to get a metro map and do a bit of adventuring.
Bus service stops at 9pm on weekend, had to find taxi's. These were obscenely expensive, slow, and unreliable. No Laundry service, had access to washer/drier at a charge though.(This was good and bad)

Very handy place for exploring Toulouse. Comfortable apartment with all the facilities you could expect for the price. It is a bit out of the centre but no problems getting in either by car or bus.

Very clean and stylish hotel and excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food in the restaurant was good and excellent value for money.
A bit distant from the city centre but if you have a car no problem. Bus service excellent. A bus about every 12-15 minutes, also very good value.
Much better than a lot of other french hotels that we have stayed in and cheaper too!

The hotel was new but a bit out of the way. You will need a car to stay there. We cannot look it up the address with GPS but the receptionist there help us find via landmark near by and we got there. She was great and very helpful. When we check in late night manager was very helpful as well.
We chose to have breakfast there and went down to have breakfast next morning the lady attending breakfast room cannot be bother greeting you good morning.
