  Rundherum alles absolut O.K. Wenn ich demnächst nach Brünn fahre, möchte ich wieder bei Nove Semilasso übernachten. The swimming pool area is as lovely as it appears in the pictures and offers great views of the city. We would not hesitate to stay here again if visiting Brno. - New, modern, stylish, clean, high standard appartment, felt like could move in to live there. Private parking in the carage, from where you take a lift to the floor where the appartment is. Tram stop in front of the house.

  One of the best places we've ever stayed at. The owner is incredibly polite and helpful. We didn't take a full advantage of his hospitality, as we mainly wanted a quiet time away from the city, but for those who are hoping to explore, he's able to arrange literally anything from flying to renting a motor boat!   We were very surprised with this apartments house. The staff was so kind, they let us to enter earlier and explain us all necessary thing we need for stay there. We have all freedom to open and close in the house, which we appreciated. The location is very interesting, with a small zoo in the backyard. The apartment was very comforable and clean, with free cafe and tea in the room, and very delicious breakfast. It's grea - This accomodation is a hybrid of an apartment and a hotel. Breakfast was very private and nicely done. Daily Housekeeping (except Sundays). Neighborhood was safe. Little petting zoo behind the Penzion made for a very nice walk. Manager, Silva, was extremely helpful and pleasant, lives up to her reputation! Very easy to get into town via autobus and/or tramvaj.
