We had our own balcony, wich was great because we had one smoker among us, and the weather was wonderful while we were in Prague.:) - The receptionists are very nice; the situation of the appartment was very nice and on the city centre.   We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. All I can say the staff were excellent, I emailed on how do we get there from the train and they sent a driver to pick us up and it was complimentary.
