We stayed in a building adjacent to the hotel. The room was spacious
even for us standards. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was not
just friendly but went out of their way to help us. Martin and Milan
were exceptional. They located a fly shop in Prague and gave us
instructions on how to get there. The restaurant was very good and we
thought good value. I don't have a lot to compare with but wines
were comparable to us wine store prices in the restaurant not a 2 or 3

Nicole and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful the appt was beautiful inside very clean and well furnished the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spotless very well positioned for tourists highly reccommended. The weather was very wet and Nicole was so helpful in finding and booking suitable restaurant for us . The taxi transfer which she arranged was also first class and good value reliable . We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. We booked a three night stay at this beautiful hotel just before Christmas and it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in.
The location is perfect, right in the centre of Prague with both the old town and the new town on your doorstep.

The real standout was Vaclav, the Manager. He is a real gem. We had the misfortune to pick up a puncture in the wheel of our hire car. Vaclav noticed it , and without us asking, volunteered to help. So that our stay. In Prague was not affected, he did the whole thing for us

Freundliches Personal, Sehr schöne Lage des Hotels, Hübsche Einrichtung - Sehr nettes, tolerantes und hilfsbereites Personal (wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern da, deshalb war das sehr angenehm). Ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel, in dem man sich auch sehr wohlfühlt, weil es authentisch wirkt.
