The staff were very friendly and helpful and the front of house staff spoke good English. WiFi was free but was inconsistent during our stay. Klara spoke English very well and provided answers and directions to all our questions about Prague, transportation, and currency. To enter Pension Kern, you have to ring the doorbell and the receptionist comes to the door and lets you in. There is limited gated - Excellent staff, excellent place and excellant accomodation. Reception is very friendly, she lent me several local currency when I arrived at the hotel. The place is quite easy to access public traffic towards city centre. Nearby there are several countries' embassador's residence. The facilities in the room is very comfortable. Nice breakfast.
