  Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Das Bad war ausgestattet mit einer Badewanne! - Die Menschen dort waren sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Alleine deshalb würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen. Auch der Rest gab im Prinzip keinen Grund zur Beschwerde und wenn, dann nur auf hohem Niveau.

  Room was nice, big and very clean. Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling. The whole staff was polite and helpful. There is metro station right opposite the hotel. 2 out of 3 metrolines stops there. There is also a tram station right in front of the hotel. There - Staff were friendly and helpfull, usefull advice was freely given. Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square. My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.

  This hotel was brand new with superb facilities. It's got everything you need. Perfect location, close to public transport and just behind the cathedral. Wifi works great. Rooms are super clean. The historic center was so close to the hotel, you had to literally walk for a minute to get to the old town square.
