  Freundliches Personal, Sehr schöne Lage des Hotels, Hübsche Einrichtung - Sehr nettes, tolerantes und hilfsbereites Personal (wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern da, deshalb war das sehr angenehm). Ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel, in dem man sich auch sehr wohlfühlt, weil es authentisch wirkt.

  It was such a great experience to stay in Loreta Hotel. The hotel was actually connected with the Loreta Church and it is 5 mins walk to the Prague Castle. The traffic is also very convenient. The area at night was so quiet, we can have really good sleep.   I LOVED everything about the Domus Henrici Hotel. The location is excellent...very quiet but still close to the attractions. The breakfast was nice with soft classical music playing in the background. At times, I felt we had the hotel all to ourselves! The bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept on. We thoroughly enjoyed the extra large bathtu... was die leute sagen » b after a long day of walking. The room and bathroom are very large by any standards. We will definitely stay here again. - Staff was nice. Bed comfy. Room was large with large bathroom. Location was near the castle. And because it was up the hill, it was quiet (except when the men started weed-wacking at 7 am on Sat). We got lots of exercise walking up the hill instead of taking the bus (wore off the good Prague beer). Enjoyed Karlstejn's castle, too, and the Plzen Urquell beer tour. Check the English tour times before you go. We struggled with the German :-)

  We had a warm welcoming by a man who was very informative and helpful. All the other staff members were mostly great also (a family is running the hotel). Our room was fantastic with a great view. The fitted carpet was a bit dirty but the overall impression of the room and the bathroom was clean. We didn`t hear any sounds from other rooms, except ... was die leute sagen » of some footsteps from the corridor. The breakfast was quite basic (coffee, tee, 2 different kind of juices, scrambled eggs, bread, cheese, ham, natur - Excelent location, 5 minutes from the castle. Great to come back from the city at the end of the day, chill out in the bar next door and then come back to the castle to enjoy the night. The way to the guesthouse (it's not a hotel) is a little steep (Nerudova st) so if you are coming from the metro station or even from the square nearby, hold your breath (beautiful little street though!)! Breakfast simple but nice.

  The hotel had a lovely tranquil feel to it. The room with ensuite bathroom was lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. - Rooms are clean and unlikely to many other hotels - equipped with hair dryers. Does not matter for me but for my wife - it does.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the front of house staff spoke good English. WiFi was free but was inconsistent during our stay. The staff was very apologetic about this so this was unusual.
