  Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Das Bad war ausgestattet mit einer Badewanne! - Die Menschen dort waren sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Alleine deshalb würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen. Auch der Rest gab im Prinzip keinen Grund zur Beschwerde und wenn, dann nur auf hohem Niveau.

  Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß.An der Rezeption waren sie alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Es gab sogar Lachs. The breakfast lookes rich and costs 15 euro or about. It takes about 15 min walk to reach centre, 5 min by tram, 2 stops by metro (stop Krzikova is 2 minutes from hotel). Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling. The whole staff was polite and helpful. There is metro station right opposite the hotel. 2 out of 3 metrolines stops there. There is also a tram station right in front of the hotel. There - Staff were friendly and helpfull, usefull advice was freely given. Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square. My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.
