  Sehr nah zum nächsten Strand. Wunderschöner Garten, die Terrasse war mit Kiwibäumen und Weinreben überwachsen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, aber nicht aufdringlich. In die Altstadt von Zadar kann man einfach mit dem Bus oder mit dem Taxi (ca. 6€) fahren, uns hat der Vermieter aber auch die letzte Parkmöglichkeit ohne zu bezahlen gezeigt, so... was die leute sagen » dass wir manchmal mit dem Auto gefahren sind. - Lage: nahe bei der Altstadt. Gratis Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Grosse, komfortable, saubere und moderne Wohnung mit zwei grossen Schlafräumen in einem etwas renovationsbedürftigen Mehrfamilienhaus. Das sollte Dich aber nicht abschrecken!

  Beautiful apartment, fitted out to a very high standard and with a very large balcony. Pebble beach with very clear sea is at the end of the driveway.   The apartment was very new,clean and well equipped. There's was lovely sea views and a 1 min walk to a small beach was so peaceful and relaxing to walk along. Jelena is not intrusive,she is happy to help if needed,her saying is - We had pleasure to stay in the in the brand new, the best located and the most luxury apartment in the area. Stunning views from every single window guaranteed! The owners are pretty nice and helpful on every single step. We stayed there the last day of our holiday and we had some concerns if we would back to Croatia in the future... But that day turned round everything and definitely changed our mind - we would love to come back – particularly to Lalic’s apartment!!! We can strongly recommend
