  This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were also very good. In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great; wonderful outdoor pool with towels provided and poolside service . Excellent breakfasts individually made if required.   We were sutisfied with everything in hotel Makarsa. Staff was friendly, everything was perfectly clean , breakfast was delicious. Perfect hotel and we hope we would come soon again. - great mixture of the mountain and sea views. good breakfast easy access to various restaurants.

  Overall really enjoyed our stay, wished we'd extended in fact. Location is superbly between both the obvious beach and the restaurants at the little harbour being little over 10 min stroll to each. We where there in June and the pool was not crowded which was very nice. Modern and spacious with good breakfast. A walk to the town of Bol took about 15 minutes with children 6-9 years. Zlatni Rat beach was very nice but crowded. That's how it is when the beach is famous! Bol is a neat place to visit. Overall a very nice stay!

  Fantastic hotel with great access to all Makarska has to offer. After an initial mix up with our booking, this was fixed without any fuss and the next day we also received a beautiful fruit basket and bottle of wine from the management.
