  Ein freundliches Willkommen von der sehr netten Besitzerin. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt; alles duftete frisch. Und dies nicht wegen irgendwelcher Hilfsmittel. Die Besitzerin hatte uns sogar angeboten, dass wir unsere Wäsche bei ihr privat waschen könnten. Fußläufig sind das Zentrum mit Restaurants und das Meer in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr sauber. Nette Wohngegend.

  An excellent stay at a well managed cabin. The owner was completely accommodating, friendly and well spoken. The location is peaceful and a quick drive from Plitvice Lakes Park. Be sure to check if they have breakfast available; we lucked into local fruit, home-made jams and cheese, and some great conversation. The area is magnificent , total nature with nice views. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. After visiting Plitvice it was a very nice place to relax before heading south.   We greatly enjoyed our stay at Villa Lika the night before we hiked through Plitvice National Park. Eva and Ante, two of the employees, were absolutely fantastic - Eva checked us in and was happy to help us carry our luggage up a few flights of stairs to our room. The Mixed Meat was fantastic and the Goulash was pretty good - The hotel is like 50m from a local bus station and 20-30 min walk to the entrance of the Plitvice Lake National Park, making it fairly well located for its price. The young girl who works there (no, though the 3 women there may look like 3 generations of a family to some, but they're not) is such a dear, she would go out of her way to accommodate guests' need and tried to chat up with all guests using different languages. Kate, the host of the house is charming and very hospitable. The room was also nice with spacious bathroom and well working WiFi. It's a great place to stay, maybe even for longer than only to visit the famous Plitvickie lakes.
