  Tranquil beautiful house set on a hill in central Cavtat. Steps down to lovely cove never too busy and for a small fee could hire sunbeds. House had air con in all rooms.   Was probably the most clean and spacious apartment we stayed on our trip. Family of four and had a lounge room and dining room so plenty of space .   Gabi and her family were very friendly. The apartment is very well located as its a 5 min walk to Lapad beach and 10 min from Splendid, 2 min from a cinema (in English), cafes and restaurants are also a few min walk away. The wifi was also excellent (fast and reliable). The room - Gabi and her husban Ivan, the owners of the apartment were very friendly and welcoming! Please note that if you arrive by car the apartment is in a family house off the extremely little narrow lane, which we missed in the dark. After finally finding it by walking Gabi came out to us and lead us to the house. Apartment is well equipped, all kitchen utensils, wifi, comfortable bed.   The better half and I had a great holiday in Cavtat. We usually stay in hotel accommodation so this was something a bit different. The room was basic but very comfortable and clean ( Maid service,clean towels, etc every day) All cooking facilities and fridge are located in the shared kitchen in the lower floor. The balcony is absolutely incredible... was die leute sagen » and would put some 5 star hotels to shame. 2 sunbeds, table , 2 chairs and amazing views with space for a game of 5 a side football .( Was trying to - We loved this place. It was really good value for money, the room (room 3) was adequately spacious. The main selling point however, was the outstanding balcony and view it provided. We spent many a night out there with a glass of wine and some delicious food from Logos restaurant which is just a two minute walk up the hill. Would highly recommend.

The new town is only a 5 min bus ride from this apt and 10min walk to the bus station.
