  A beautiful venue..our room was on the top floor with an amazing view as far as Dubrovnik. The Villa is extremely clean; our room was cleaned every day. The owner Ivan, his wife and his sons were very friendly and accommodating; they also have a family run restaurant on the harbour called Ivans- go check it out. Ivan also kept our luggage and let use a spareroom to shower in once we had booked out at 11am as our flight wasn't until later. He als - We were delighted with the apartment, it was spacious with a lovely balcony with views of the bay. The shower room was modern and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful providing us with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, a lovely place to relax. It is up a small but steep hill, 5 minutes down, 10mins back up.It wasn't a problem for us, we are in our sixties and we were happy to do this pleasant walk 2 or 3 times a da

  Tranquil beautiful house set on a hill in central Cavtat. Steps down to lovely cove never too busy and for a small fee could hire sunbeds. House had air con in all rooms. Kitchen facilities excellent and nice terrace to eat on. Owner met us with a friendly welcome. Modern, Spacious, bright with loads of storage space for clothes, toiletries and your suitcases. It was extremely quiet during day and night. Although it didn't bother us there are lots of steps up to property from promenade but its worth it.

  Was probably the most clean and spacious apartment we stayed on our trip. Family of four and had a lounge room and dining room so plenty of space . Aircon and wifi excellent unlike some other places we stayed . The host made us pita and offered drinks on arrival and was very kind and friendly .   Location was excellent! Right in the Old City on the port. Walking distance from everything in the Old City and the surrounding areas. Very short bus/taxi ride away from the main bus station. The owners were very friendly and helpful! They lent me an umbrella and a hairdryer without hesitation. Mother and daughter operators were wonderful hostesses. I will stay there again.

  We loved Villa Boro. The staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the view was remarkable. At first we were very bummed out not to stay in the Old Town but I would stay at Villa Boro in Lapad area every time.
