Well appointed flat on two floors with old world charm. Great apartment in a beautiful location. The facilities to cook are absolutely fine but you are spoilt fo - The apartment was perfectly central in the city, very easy to get to on arrival & extremely spacious, so no tripping over the suitcase during our stay! It was great to have somewhere we were never more than a 15 minute walk away from (within the city walls), for any well needed breaks from the blazing sun. I would definitely stay there again on a return to trip to Dubrovnik.

The host is friendly and acts as a guide by leaving maps, discounts for some businesses in town, and explaining historical/practical things about dubrovnik. There are shopping malls (food, bakery, ...) in the direct environment, which is good since there is no breakfast optio - Ante is a kind and genuine host, gives a great introduction to the apartment and the surroundings. Answers any questions you may have and offers a very comfortable place to rest and relax after walking around all day. Highly recommend these apts to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. The new town is only a 5 min bus ride from this apt and 10min walk to the bus station.

  Tranquil beautiful house set on a hill in central Cavtat. Steps down to lovely cove never too busy and for a small fee could hire sunbeds. House had air con in all rooms. Kitchen facilities excellent and nice terrace to eat on. Owner met us with a friendly welcome. Modern, Spacious, bright with loads of storage space for clothes, toiletries and your suitcases. It was extremely quiet during day and night. The apartment is very well located as its a 5 min walk to Lapad beach and 10 min from Splendid, 2 min from a cinema (in English), cafes and restaurants are also a few min walk away. The wifi was also excellent (fast and reliable). The room - Gabi and her husban Ivan, the owners of the apartment were very friendly and welcoming! Please note that if you arrive by car the apartment is in a family house off the extremely little narrow lane, which we missed in the dark.   We smile when we think of our vacation in Dubrovnik. Villa Vinka is one of the main reasons for it. The staff greeted us with kindness and wonderful service.   From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome by the staff , everybody was genuinely helpful . The hotel is a beautifully restored mansion and is a refuge from the crowded madness of Dubrovnik . Located a 20 minute bus ride from the Old City Pile Gate with a bus stop 100 metres from the hotel front door . A real find in Dubrovnik , a city - Great location close to the sea and parkland. Bars and restaurants a few yards away and easy access to the old town by number 6 bus 50 metres from the front door. Extremely friendly and informative staff. Room 31, although at the top of the house has an amazing roof terrace, must be seen. Great value hotel and a great place to be based for a trip of any length to the stunning Dubrovnik.

  Was probably the most clean and spacious apartment we stayed on our trip. Family of four and had a lounge room and dining room so plenty of space . Aircon and wifi excellent unlike some other places we stayed . The host made us pita and offered drinks on arrival and was very kind and friendly .
