The "Villas" are brand new apartments (we were one of the first occupants), good size for a family w 1-2 kids. Location is close to Dubrovnik either by boat or car. With wonderful peaceful beaches and crystal clear waters around the corner, but only 15min by bus or taxi into a vibrant Dubrovnik has everything you wish from a holiday! Nikola and Ana makes you feel welcome and show - The owners Ana and Nikola were very kind and attentive - we even were given a gift of local grappa and a bottle of a homemade wine (the taste was really good!). This villa is not very close to the beach (500 m) but it's very close to a mini market and bus stop. It is worth mentioning that the only beach with a sand (not a usual pebble) hosts people from local expensive hotels (which actually have their own beach - alas, pebble!() so there is no sense in spending three-four times more money for
