This is a great place to stay if you are seeking to be in the old town.
You will have to climb several sets of steps. It's a really neat
apartment and a different feel, depending on what you are seeking.
Nero, the property manager, is super friendly and helpful. He offers his assistance with whatever your needs are to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I highly recommend this place to stay.

they were more then generous with their time to tell me what I should be
doing and where to eat and how to see the city. When I finally got to -
Sandra and Borris were terrific! Not only were our accomodations
wonderful they supplied us with wine and a fresh fruit basket on
arrival. So much detail went into this apartment--we felt very much at
home. They also helped us alot with our travel arrangements with maps
and making car rental arrangements. We definitely would recommend to
anyone traveling to Dubrovnik to stay here--the location couldn't
have been better in the old town and was fairly quiet! Linda & Tom ,

Duska and her husband were very helpful both prior to our trip and also during our trip advising of items inside the apartment and asking if we required anything during our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all mod cons including very good wifi.
The location was amazing, just off the Stradun and no steps to the front door! The apartment was on the 1st floor. It has recently been fitted with triple glazed windows which keeps the apartment silent at night.

We had the top floor apartment for 5 nights. We were greeted n arrival by Stanka. What a lovely woman and so hospitable and friendly. We just loved her. The apartment was spotless and everything you could have wanted was in the apartment. We were somewhat apprehensive after reading reviews of the noisy bar downstairs. We could hear it in the background on fri/sat night but it wasn't overpowering and was really just young people having fun. Loved the location and will definitely return again.

especially the host. My husbandt and I booked a room just one day before
because we were travelling the coast. Pablo met us at the entrance to

The apartment is beautiful, just as one the photos but even better.
It's located in the Old town, everything is in walking distance.
Great view, wifi and very clean. The host is an interesting guy, very
funny and helpfull. He showed us arround, recommended a few interesting
places to visit which are not in the tour guides and a few good
restaurants. He even organised a boat trip for us with discount. It was
great, a beautiful experience. I would love to come again

Excellent design of the apartment as well as attention to detail made the stay very comfortable. Ines was a wonderful host who made us very welcome. Everything in the apartment was of good quality and very clean. The towels were changed every second day and the rubbish taken out. The location inside the old town was also excellent. Would highly recommend.
