  Everything was perfect. The owner is very helpfull and directly gave us some good tips and tricks to visit Hvar, make basic shopping or go to the beach. The appartment was big and new, with a big terrace so perfect to eat or to read. Kitchen had a lot of tools so it was easy to cook there. Good spot to visit the island of Hvar and goo - My friends and I stayed here and it was great value for money. The appartment was very spacious, clean and had an amazing view of Hvar. I wish I could have stayed here longer! The owners were very kind and helpful too. We will be back next summer!

  Excellent location, the 15 minute walk allows you to take in the quieter end of the harbour which has lovely restaurants and views worthy of a sunset drink, its also away from the busy crowds during high season. Hvar Town is a very jumpy party scene, but the Pharia is located just far enough out (about a 20 min walk if you stroll at middle-aged speed) that it's absolutely quiet, and the price seemed totally reasonable. Ther - The Pharia felt like a small place, but afforded all the facilities you could ask for. The staff are about as friendly as you will find in a hotel. They all live in the hotel for the season and on their days off they just hang out and help/entertain guests.   Die Wohnung war toll. Für 4-5 Leute geeignet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Eigentümer. Tolle Lage: es sind nur 164 Treppen und Sie sind direkt in der Stadtmitte von Hvar. Nach ca. einer Minute können Sie auch schon im Meer schwimmen. Wir haben uns wir zu Hause gefühlt. The location of the house was very good as it just took two minutes to get to the town center. I recommend everybody to take this apartment and enjoy the wonderful terrace it has. - Our host was one of the most genuine and helpful guys you could meet. He helped us with all requests e.g. boat rental, where to go for food, clubs, beach even how to get tickets to the next island. Excellent value for money, free wifi, clean, fresh sheets, clean towels.

  Antonia could not have been a bigger help during our stay. She zipped down to town to pick us up with our luggage and promptly moved us in to the room we would be staying in for 3 nights – only after offering us a beer and wine to unwind with.   Sehr sehr nette Insel und tolles Appartement!Die Lage ist perfekt, nur wenige min. vom Meer entfernt. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und die Eigentümer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.   The Lady receiving us was absolutly friendly and helpfull. The room is clean and nice with a great view and terrace (appartment 2). Great added value: a car park. Very difficult to find at that location so close to city center!!! - The house owner is very friendly and helpful.
