  Excellent service. Our host picked us up at the bus station at 4am in the morning after our flight was delayed and diverted to Split with a 3 1/2 hour bus ride to Dubrovnik.   Very friendly staff (a family living upstairs in the same building): they left us some drinks in the fridge on the first day and they invited us on the last night to enjoy a drink on their terrace. Nice position, 3 km away from the old town, calm and peaceful, in a street closed to traffic.   We loved our stay at Boninova. We arranged to leave our bags early on the day of our booking as we were leaving our boat trip. This was not a problem, and Fadilo was even waiting for us as the local bus pulled up right outside. On our return late that afternoon our bags were in our lovely bright room. A 15 minute walk into the old city p - Spacious, high ceilinged and well furnished rooms which are clean and comfortable with an excellent host make House Boninovo the ideal base for a Dubrovnik city break. Located just a short walk from the old town (although the bus stop is right outside if you're feeling a bit lazy!), you can take in the beautiful Dalmatian coastline as you have breakfast on the Guesthouse's balcony each morning. Fadila, the owner, is extremely hospitable and arranged a transfer from the airport when we arrived.
