  The room was very very clean, and it was like a hotel knowing that it is not a hotel. And unlike what people said it was a very quiet night for us. We did not hear anything from the street. And the room even had tea and coffee and the staff were very helpful and I had forgotten a key there and they called me and followed me to the next destination... was die leute sagen » to return it. Very good experience - The room was very spacious, modern, nice decor, well laid out - and spotless. Very comfortable bed, lovely cotton bedlinen. Despite being in the centre of the old town, the double glazing prevented any noise disturbance. Great shower. A perfect location hidden among the old streets.

  This was our second visit and we will definitely visit again. We really liked the beautiful artwork and details throughout the hotel. Each room was immaculate and individually decorated. The pool was free for guests and clean with plenty of seating around it. There were various areas to relax throughout the hotel, both inside and outside. Breakfast... was die leute sagen » was extensive with omelettes made to order to compliment fruit, yoghurt, cereal and continental breakfast. Ines herself went out her way to meet all - Lovely location set amongst other villas, close to restuarants, minimarket, Borik beach and Puntamika marina. Very quiet, nice rooms. Very pretty swimming pool and surrounding gardens. Lovely staff, who offered us a complimentary glass of red wine and cake one afternoon. Zadar old time within a 25 minute walking distance, short bus or tourist train ride.
