Availability of drinking water
Very comfortable, well-furnished room with all necessary facilities and accessories included for a week stay in Shanghai. Room N905 has a wonderful view on park and city. Drinking water, tea, coffee are for free.
Breakfast is too expensive, 118 RMB each. 10 min to Metro station by foot. I was asked to pay before check in, this is very inconvenient due to fact that you don't have local money yet.
Staff was very helpful and the location was very convenient. Rooms were big and clean.
There is no wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby which is not good enough for a hotel these days. We asked for a non-smoking room. The room we got had a little sign in the room saying 'Do not smoke' but at the same time they had provided an ashtray and matches in the bathroom. Looks like they are converting the rooms as they need them. Having said that, there was no smell of smoke in our room which was a pleasant surprise.

Very good hotel. Staff efficient. The room was large, clean and well equipped. Reasonably good breakfast. Just across the street from the park. No wifi in the room but free cable connexion.

Our room was very spacy. The metro is located only 10 minutes by foot. Lots of good restaurants near.

it was supposed to be double room with park view, but finally I found out that there was no double room with park view at all in that hotel...So why did you add such type of room on the booking website??
