Staff at this accommodation is so helpful and kind. It is hard to find
at first. The taxi we took from the airport (170rmb which was scam) can
not find the place he had to call the hotel and drop us at one of the
entrance. There are two entrances. There is no reception area for you to

Great location. The studio apartment is in a new building, and the
building is a part of a closed structure of approx. 10 buildings such as
this one. It is surrounded by a fence and there is a guard at the
entrance (nice) (It's not like it is unsafe neighborhood). Inside
there is a tennis court, and plenty of grass. Although it is not located
in the city center, it's 10 minutes walk from mtr station
(dongimen), than it takes about 4 stops to the Tiananmen square. The
apartment is clean and big,

Das Hotel ist zwar etwas aelter aber hat trotzdem einen sehr guten Eindruck bei mir hinterlassen. Das Personal ist Freundlich und spricht gutes Englisch. Fuer unsere Zwecke hatte das Hotel die perfekte Lage und die U-Bahn anbindung ist super. Der BananenMilchshake an der Bar war uebrigens der beste den ich je in China hatte. -

I made the booking thru letsbookhotel.com and I really had very difficult time checking in, even after giving them the reservation/confirmation number, also it was supposed to be prepaid but the staff insisted it's not paid, however, I paid thru my HSBC card, Could you please check, if it was not paid at the time I did the booking.
Also, I would like to stay in Brussels at the Steigenberger Grand Hotel, do you guys have some special deals for regular customers,

Staff is very kind - one of our young guests (11-years boy) forgot his
passport in hotel and we were very happy when we called hotel 6 hours
later and were informed that his passport was found and now we can get
it - and so we did immediately, our flight was not cancelled. We are
very thankful to hotel staff fot this kindness and help !!! -

So spacious...upgraded to 2 bedroom when my requested room was unavailable...2 huge bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living area, nicely appointed kitchen and laundry area... Excellent location. Home away from home for those with families (we had two children 12 and 9 years) clean room and brand new bathrooms, excellent service, next to metro, swimming pool for the August a blessing after a day out in Beijing, breakfast for two with reasonable variety and will cook eggs to your style, and real value for money if your going as a family. Our apartment had beautiful view of the iconic CCTV building.
