Well, everything. The room was better than advertised, the staff were
helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was a pure treat...mostly
Asian, of course, but there was eggs and toast and oj and stuff

The hotel is in a good location close to the walking street and two metro stations.The units are modern,comfortable and well appointed & equipped.The breakfast was tasty with a wide variety of tastes catered for.Metro line 2 is very handy for both shanghai airports and fast intercity trains

Short stroll from peoples square metro interchange station means you can
get green line direct from Pudong airport. Exit on to Nanjing road for
shopping. Unbeatable. The price is very good .will chose it again

Nice new suite residence, very good location and the rooms are spacious and very comftable. Staff is very nice and helpful. The service is amazing, during my check-in they asked me if they should unpack my luggage. Really nice service. -

everything was perfect, our family had a lovely trip. staffs are very friendly, the room assistant lady did an great job on the room cleaning. we really appriciate all the comfort have been provided by all the hotel staffs. big thank you and defo. will stay in the ootel again.

Appartment-Charakter ist super, mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, mit 2 Kinder wirklich eine super-Option. Grosses Badezimmer, vollständig ausgestattete Küche, 2 Fernseher - nichts zu klagen.

The "club" category rooms have impressive view over the Bund
and the City, especially the spot scene of Pudong by night. All the
complimentary services are also quite good (permanent access to soft
drinks, some small food, etc.).
Swimming pool in floor 21 is a big plus, for both view and relax after the hot summer weather.

It is the best possible location for a short stay in Shanghai. Visiting
for bussines but wanting to visit the attractions of the city, location
is best near the Chinese old part , Yu garden, Bund. The Club ideea is
wonderful, the view from club lounge is amazing. And the pool view is
wonderful.

It had a really nice view over the Bund. Everything was white and clean.
Staff was really attentive and they helped us on our problems with a
lost passport. It had a washing machine. The kitchen, while not
spectacular, is quite adequate for a short stay. Has a really good
location, just a few mins from the Bund. -

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is very secure building and excellent value for money. David was very helpful to welcome us and arrange everything we needed. Metro is around 10-15 minutes walk but convenience stores like 'Family Mart' (which I believe is 24H) is just close by. There is also plenty choice of local restaurants. The apartment

The location is OK - Nanjing West Road metro station is around 10 minutes walk. The entrance to the apartments are located on the back of the building. You have to call from reception to the guy responsible for rooms and then he comes. It can take some time.
The apartment is OK if you do not need much assistance because there is no reception/nobody to help you.
Otherwise the room is modern & nice. The view from the roof is super (the house has 29 floors).
