  Super friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were gorgeous and with a great location this hotel made for a wonderful place to stay in Beijing. - The staff women were amazing. They helped us schedule trips we wantedand offered suggestions without being pushy (like many other hotels). Iwas very impressed with the service aspect and recomment to friends.

  The staff were incredible, they were great fun and really made us feel at home. The manager was very helpful and made it easy for us to plan our trips and get around with all of his advice. The great wall tour that they provided was excellent away from the touristy locations it was a great experience. The location was good just a 10minute walk from tian'anmen squa - The location is perfect, just 10 min walk away from Qianmen and Tiananmen Square, you can also find subway and bus quite easily around there. The cafe bar is really nice, good place to meet friends. Beds are pretty comfortable, I stayed in a 14 bed dorm, quite a big room, not crowded at all. The A/C works well, hot water 24 hrs, and oh! the bar opens 24 hrs as well, which is a bonus! The price is quite reasonable in Beijing, esp at central area. 4 Stars Recommend

  The staff was fabulous and helpful, speaking fluent English and having lots of information for the travels around the area. The staff was the highlight of my trip to Beijing!   We stayed for 5 nights from March 28 to April 2. They granted us all our requests: big carpeted room with king-sized bed and nice view. Thanks Ms Jenny of reservations whom I had been coordinating with via email! The hotel is very near the Chongwenmen subway station (lines 2 & 5). They were also very helpful in providing us with "local knowledge" of where to go have fun, have good food etc etc. The room itself was huge.
