Clean, comfortable, nice little 'cute' gestures from the staff (cookies every evening at around 18:00 o'clock, morning Enligsh newspaper China Daily to your door, free minibar restocked every day). Nice room, comfortable bed, lots of English / International TV channels, including international movies.

The staff were extremely helpful, especially front desk manager Thomas and Murphy in guest relations. They really helped us get along in a city where very few individuals speak English. Ambiance was very nice in lobby and pool. The food in their restaurants was expensive but very tasty - worth the money. -

We were immediately upgraded at no extra cost due to no availability of non smoking room. The reception and conciege staff were excellent and very cooperative. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was excellent for shopping and sightseeing. The spa was nice but a little pricey. -

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and extremely helpful. On our first night there I misplaced my purse and the staff could not have done any more to help me find it quickly. They also helped entertain my baby son during check-in and check-out. The hotel has great restaurants too, we enjoyed tasty evening meals and breakfasts with a good choice for everyone.
